I am still trying to update the links.

DURING 1970s    Papers 1,2,7, and 12 were inspired by D.V. Lindley,
and have since been regarded b y Hitchcock and Agresti  (2005)  as initiating
a key approach in the history  of Bayesian Categorical Data Analysis, that followed the
methodologies of Jack Good and Patricia Altham.
Nan Laird, Matthew Knuiman and Terry Speed then contributed to this logistic approach, and it
has been pursued exhaustively by Jon Forster, and by John Geweke and
                          other econometricians.
