The poem refers to Edinburgh's 'Magic Circle' scandal of the 1990s which still reverberates with us today

                                           

 Our erstwhile Foreign Secretary  MALCOLM RIFKIND , who was recently discredited during a corruption scandal, was questioned by police during the Magic Circle scandal, I wonder what he knows?
