THE BOLAM TEST HEAVILY BIASES UK COURTS AGAINST VICTIMS OF MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE

                             Brain damaging ECT for depression

Physical side and after effects of

enzyme poisoning psych meds

In medical cases, the Bolam test is often used to bias cases in the UK against victims of medical negligence. The test is occasionally open to amendment because of the Bolitho ruling .It would appear that the Royal College of Psychiatrists have much to answer for. They have created a body of "experts" who routinely mistreat their patients in terrible ways , by ECT, jagging, and toxic psych meds. It is very difficult to prosecute these psychiatrists in court despite their effectively criminal behaviour.
